Ever wanted to change the size of a picture and you have to go to start look for Adobe and select Photoshop wait for it to load if you have small amount of ram, just to change the size of the pic? Well if you use Xp, the this lil powertoy will do the trick for you by just right clicking on a picture. Go to the place where you keep your pics ("My Pictures" most likely) right click on an image you want to resize and select "Resize Pictures" option. then just choose one of the predefined sizes or use your own custom size, by default this powertoy creates copies of the files and adds the chosen size to the file name. Ex: Original filename Tony.jpg then you resize it useing the small setting, the new resized file will be Tony (small).jpg. So you know which is the small and which is the normal size. This beats having to open up Photoshop and useing up a lot of ram just 2 resize a picture on Xp, especially if you dont have a lot of ram.
